All orders are processed within approximately 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery between 1-3 working days.
- Standard Delivery applies which costs €7.
- Express Delivery €10.

Euro Zone 1
Delivery between 1-3 working days.
- Standard shipping applies which costs €12,95.
- Free shipping on orders above €300.
Countries in Europe Zone 1: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria and Denmark.
Euro Zone 2
Delivery between 2-5 working days.

We currently only provide delivery services within local areas and have not yet extended our offerings to international destinations.
In-store Pickup
You can collect your order during the operating hours of our Amsterdam boutique, which are from 11:00 to 18:00 on Monday and 10:00 to 18:00 from Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Please ensure to bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within the order details in your account, or on the carrier’s website.
Our standard order processing time is up to seven business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
