Return Policy
QUINNS Institute aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.
Please note the following details related to product return eligibility:
- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
- In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.Once your return is received, it will be processed at our facility, which may take 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the processing is complete.
- Store credit for the webshop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
- Initial shipping costs will be excluded from the credit.
- A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.
EU and UK customers can start the return process by sending us an email at quinnsinstitute@gmail.com.
- In the email, please include your order ID, and the email used on the order.
- Once the return form is submitted, the return label will be send to your email address.
- Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging - including any tags, boxes, garment bags, or other items - and ship back with the return label. The item(s) must be in original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Items not returned in their original condition will not be accepted.
- We will notify you as soon as your item is received and processed. Once your item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Should there be no further update after 10 business days, please contact us for further assistance.
